  2. one subdirectory based on files in
  3. another subdirectory.  Similar in some
  4. ways to DOS's REPLACE command but adds
  5. ability to delete extra files in the
  6. destination subdirectory, copy hidden
  7. and system files, and prepare a report
  8. showing inconsistencies.  Is frequently
  9. used by network administrators to update
  10. workstation files.  Freeware.
